The End

So this is it. Today was my last day at Trailer Park and I can honestly say that I've never felt such mixed emotions about leaving somewhere. Normally after my summer experiences, I don't want to leave or I really want to leave, but I'm rarely split 50/50. I'm so excited to go home and see my family (minus the ones in San Fran), get to ride my motorcycle, and just be a college student again. Even with all of that though, I made some really good connections out here and honestly feel like I could advance fairly quickly through Trailer Park's ladder...if I only knew which direction to take.

Before I said my goodbyes and what not, I sat down with George, my boss, and had a little heart to heart. I asked him a number of questions about what I should do in the future, how certain aspects of the business worked that I didn't get to see, and, most importantly, what he thought about me. He blew me away with complements. I would go into detail, but I don't want to gloat. It felt amazing though. He told me that I was probably the best intern they've had there in over 3 years, something that I didn't take lightly. When our conversation was all said and done he let me know that he was keeping my name on record so whenever I do come looking for a job, that I'll be at the top of the list and if that doesn't work out, he'd be more than happy to be a reference. Pretty awesome.

The rest of today was spent much like the last 72 days there, until the end came. I went upstairs for the Wednesday happy hour, like usual, grabbed a drink and said my goodbyes to all of the awesome people I met, most of which were surprised to see me go because they had just assumed I'd been hired, haha. George did say that he had been approached by a number of people who didn't know whether I was an intern or a PA, just because I didn't act like an intern, so it felt really good to hear that as well.

All in all, this internship was amazing and has given me a huge advantage towards my future. It may be another year and half before I'm back here, but I cannot wait! The way I felt today in Georges office seriously made me feel like I could run this industry and hopefully one day I will. Before I wrap this up I just have to say thank you to ...sooo many people. I wouldn't have ever been able to pull this off if it wasn't for my wonderful parents. They helped pay my way through this summer, but also whole heartedly supported me through it all as well. Any parent that supports there child from going from an engineer to a Hollywood kid is pretty amazing, and I have two of them that I love dearly and will get to see very soon! I have to thank the rest of my family as well, especially my sister who I just don't know how I would do without. She's amazing and has always been there for me no matter what. That's something I'll never be able to repay. Finally (this totally sounds like an Oscar acceptance speech, sorry, but it needs to happen) I would be a fool not to thank each and everyone of my current and former bosses at 12th Man Productions. If it wasn't for them, I would probably still be crunching numbers on a calculator trying to figure out the amount of torque that is placed on the end of a 23 foot beam suspended 10 feet in the air by a spinning 3/4 inch steel cable while... You get the picture.

To wrap up, I took my polisci final yesterday and passed the class, which means that I am now an expert in all things political -yeah right- and that in 2-3 weeks I will be able to submit my ring audit and finally order my FIGHTIN' TEXAS AGGIE RING!!!! Just because the internship's over doesn't mean the blog is, so make sure to still check in from time to time...

The End Is Near

The last two weeks in the crazy state of California have been...well, crazy. Work's been great, especially this past week. I worked 4 of the 5 days, two of which I was moving non-stop because two of the PAs were gone. It was great, I felt needed and was given a lot of things to do that only I knew how to do. Pretty sweet. I event got to help with some more graphics which was exhilerating as usual. Last week I also did some more background work in a new show on ABC family called Glee. I'll be all over the finale, so make sure and look for my pretty face...

Now on to the good stuff. So much has happened over the past two weekends! Last weekend I flew up to San Francisco to visit Jenn, Marc, and the pups at their new pad. Since they've only been there for about 2 months the tour was not that extravagant, but I honestly didn't care. I loved just being able to get to see my sister again before I headed back to Texas -less than a week and a half away now-. I got there extremely early on Thursday and had most of the day to hang around and just be lazy which was wonderful. The next day, Jenn and I went to Muir Woods, a national RED WOOD forest. If you're not into the outdoors or trees, you'd still like this...we loved it, haha. Ever since I was little and still in elementary school I had heard about these infamous "Red Woods," but they always seemed so far away! Actually seeing them in person was an awesome experience. These trees are massive and the forest is just beautiful. And my sister is a bonefied tree hugger.
I on the other hand am just accident prone...We spent a good part of the day there before heading back to San Fran for lunch and an excellent (and overly nice) dinner with Marc's cousins that happened to be in town. Saturday we all got up and went to the local farmer's market. The thing was huge and the food was soooooo good. I'm still eating on the almond brittle we found. I've never had any kind of brittle I've liked this much...actually think I'm gonna eat some now. From there Jenn and I headed to the Golden Gate Bridge. We planned on walking the entire thing, but about halfway across I decided to be a wuss and turn around because it was freezing and crazy windy. I'm talking freezing like, 50 degrees...in California...in summer...wtf? Haha. We finished up the night at a political comedy event Marc's radio station was putting on, then moved over to Hard Rock Cafe to hang out and eat. Over all it was a pretty eventfull day. It was this day that I decided that San Francisco is the most confusing city I have ever been to. The streets in this place make absolutely no sense and the hills are something I've never seen. It's like riding a roller coaster just to get to the grocery store! So Marc and Jenn...good luck with that. Sunday was a lazy day of not doing much until I had to fly back to LA, which was exactly what I was looking for. I don't think Marc and Jenn like San Fran as much as New York, but I'm pretty sure they'll come to really like the place in time. They seem to be doing pretty well so far ;)

This weekend I hit up huntington beach again, which was fun, but pales in comparison to what I did with Jace and Liz today.

WE WENT TO DISNEYLAND!!!

I was 3 years old the first and only time I went to Disney World with my family, so this trip was well over due. Mom and Dad, don't think you're getting out of taking me to Disney World again, it's totally not the same thing. We, thanks to Liz, managed to ride almost every major attraction in the park in one day, pretty impressive if I do say so myself. And I do. Words can't describe Disneyland, as most of you know, so I'm just going to list my favorite parts of the day. Say a top 5?
  1. Getting to meet Mickey and remembering it!
  2. Space Mountain - it's the best indoor roller coaster I have ever ridden, so much fun.
  3. Taking ridiculous pictures
  4. Pirates of the Carribean ride - it's totally like we were in the movie
  5. Getting Ariel's phone number. -okay, that totally didn't happen, but I've had a thing for her for a while-
Seriously, we are some cheap, conniving, money starved kids. Totally took this with my digital camera because we didn't want to buy the picture.

It was so much fun, and I'm glad I got to go with my best bud and his girl!

To wrap up, this week is my last week here. It's going to be weird leaving, but I'm fairly certain I'll be back, and, more importantly, I'm ready to be a college student again. I've had a lot of revaltions this summer about school, career goals, girls, and my life in general. I'm ready to use what I've learned to be a happier, more confident person. I'm also ready to take what I've learned and use it to grab life by the horns, and then SAW'EM OFF! WHOOP!!!

Zumablue and my Sister too

So this little recap of my past few weeks is well overdo, but don't worry, I'm going to condense it down like Campbells Soup...

For starters, lets talk about work at the Trailer Park. I got to do the model escorting again later that week on Thursday, so once again that was REALLY COOL. Nothing else really worth noting has happened in the past couple of weeks, things are just ticking along like normal. I'm still biding my time before they let me into an editing bay (which looks like it's gonna be me just sitting and watching an editor, but I'll take what I can get).

Now for the fun stuff! Let me see if I can even remember everything that has happened in these past couple of weekends.

I hit up Huntington beach again for a day of body surfing last Friday and I got my world rocked. When Josh and I went last time, we saw a ton of waves that really proved why this place is called Surf City, USA, but this time...wow. There weren't just a couple of huge waves that would roll in every now and then, but instead 4 or 5 at a time. I can describe how much the water beat me, but it was worth it. I rode my first top of the wave that picked me up about 6 feet in the air and that was a little insane. Frankly, and I've said this before, I love the beach! That same weekend I went out with Ash, some of her visitors, Joe, and a big bunch of other randomly assorted people to the grand opening of this new Hollywood club called Playhouse. Place was sick. It was enormous on the inside, the DJ spinning was doing a heck of a job, and to top the place off, it had people doing Cirque Du Solei stuff up in the ceiling above the dance floor. It was seriously awesome. The next day I did lunch with Joe at an incredible Chinese Restarant that had the best orange chicken I've ever had and then spent the afternoon with Jace hanging out at his pad. -Jace, by the way, has gotten himself a job as a production assistant on CBS's "Criminal Minds". He's kind of a big deal now. I know you're jealous, just try not to show it too much.- That night I went out to the Sunset strip and did a little bar hopping with one of my friends Nick from work. He's a cool dude, been in LA for about 4 years, and knows how to have a good time. By far the best part of the night was spent at Saddle Ranch. Crazy crazy place. It totally had a mechanical bull and almost made me feel like I was at home...except I've never been to a bar with a mechanical bull at home. Minor details. I wrapped the weekend up on Monday actually... It was Kim's birthday, so a bunch of us went out with her for an awesome dinner -thanks to her wonderful newlywed friends Jeremy and Meagan- at Katsuya and then off to H-Wood, a club (that's mostly open air and really cool) right across the street from my office. I had a good time and think for the first birthday in a new city, Kim didn't do too bad!

This weekend I finally got to see someone I've been wanting to see all summer. My Sister! She and Marc came down to LA for the weekend to not only see me, but also Marc's really good friend Kash. We had a lot of beach time -especially Jenn and I since we didn't have to work like a certain brother-in-law of mine- and A LOT of good food that I didn't do anything to deserve. We ate at some awesome restaurants, including Katsuya -yet again. don't judge, I like that place. A lot obviously. I'm definately becoming a HUGE fan of Sushi.- I took Jenn down to Laguna on Friday beacause I wanted her to see how beautiful that place is, but in the process I got to show her how ugly LA traffic is as well. It only took us a little over an hour to get to Laguna, normal. The ride home took 2.5 hours and then we still had to get back to Kash's...another hour. The next day the four of us hit up Zuma beach, which was really nice, but doesn't hold a candle to Laguna. Afterwards Kash took us on a tour of Malibu Canyon, showing us all sorts of cool things, like an actuall working western set used by Paramount Studios that you can walk around in, the mountains used to shoot the opening sequence of M*A*S*H, and a tight little biker bar that lots of celebs pop into. Out of everything he showed us, I was most excited about the road itself. I can't wait to have my motorcycle out on that baby. Riding through that winding canyon is gonna be a blast. I mean it was fun in a car and I can only imagine how it would be on a bike! Then today I finished up with saying goodbye to my sister, Marc, and Kash and headed for the beach again...to study. I've started an online polisci class that seems to be going really well. It just sucks that I have to read, haha. Speaking of which, I gotta hit the books and go take a quiz. I'll try to get the next post done sooner, which shouldn't be a problem since I'm headed to San Francisco this weekend and will have a ton to talk about!

Peace homeskillets.

Where did that come from?

This blog is being thrown up way close to that last one...try not to freak out, I understand this isn't normal. ......Hopefully you've gotten your breath back by now, I gave you a lot of ellipses, nice right? Anyways (I'm in a good mood, can you tell?), today was one of the best days I've had in LA all summer. The best part is that honestly, nothing crazy happened and I didn't eat somewhere that just blew my tastebuds away. Here's what went down:

I show up to work this morning and Dave (supervisor) tells me I'm working with the interactive department escorting models between floors. Yeah, you read it, models. On the inside I was whooping while jumping up and down (this meant no checking in of tapes or coffee runs...and there was that little part about models), but on the outside I was like, "That's cool Dave, whatever you need." For the rest of the day all I did was escourt models between the floors of our building. They were 'interviewing' to be used in a new poster for a videogame, so there might have been a couple of hotties in the group, but just a couple....heh. I got to hang out, talk, and basically entertain all of them. Most of the girls were super nice, but there were a few that lived up to their snooty reputations. After they found out I wasn't one of the coordinators, it was like I didn't exist and couldn't do anything for them. Whatever, they were probably hookers anyway.

While all of this was happening, I get a phone call from my friends at Central Casting (the guys who casted me for Iron Man 2). They ask me if I would like to be included in their 'Hot Book.' I found out that their 'Hot Book' "consists of 'hot' people who are willing to do swimsuit or bikini work' and are only invited after a group of casting directors vote for people pulled with a 'certain look.' ...Do what? That's AWESOME! So I tell them sure thing, I'm totally in. I had to send them an email with a picture of myself shirtless that is then put into the 'Hot Book' so when people are needed to be in shirtless type scenes, this is the first place they look. So I sent in the picture of myself at Laguna Beach from my last post(after much consultation from members of the opposite sex). Hopefully this means I'll get some more work sometime soon, because I wanna get back in front of the camera...

My day's ending is what really put today over the top. I leave work around 6pm and while driving home think it would be cool to run down to the beach and go bodyboard for awhile. Best idea ever. It was already chilly, so once I got home, I grabbed my suit, board, wetsuit, and jumped back into the truck and took off towards Santa Monica. There was absolutely no traffic, I was actually able to SPEED -yeah I said it, so what?- on the highway. Got to Santa Monica in about 15 minutes, parked (for free!), and jetted to the beach. I spent the next hour and a half doing nothing but bodyboarding, I was in the water watching the sunset. SO COOL!!! There is something so relaxing about the beach, I love being in the water and warming up on the sand SO much! When I finally start surfing, I'll never leave. I'm going to be a straight up beach junkie. Sorry Mom and Dad, this is where it ends. Haha, I'm kidding obviously, but I'm seriously in love with the beach. After the sun had set, I trekked back to the truck, talked to the sister for awhile, showered, ate, and watched an episode of LOST with Ash. Now I'm about to pass out.

See, nothing crazy, but those few little things -especially the beach run- made today awesome. I'm finishing my night with this blog and a mix of The Postal Service and Owl city. To those of you who know what that means....first of all I'm proud and second of all, you know where I'm at.

Paperwalls

As much as it sucks to say this, my little excursion in Hollywood is half-way over... I've been in 'one of those' moods for the past few hours, just thinking about everything I've been through this summer. No lie, it's going to be hard to leave this place, but I cannot wait to have my motorcycle and queen size bed back!!!...and seeing the family and friends will be cool too, heh. Anyways life has really gotten into a groove of sorts. Work is work, nothing terribly exciting has happened recently, which I guess is something in itself. The industry has slowed down a lot with all of these economical issues everyone is dealing with and it's definitely showing. It's no bueno, but hopefully by the time I make it back to LA, our 'little depression' will be on an upswing.

I did have a little scare with the internship thanks to my wonderful -sarcasm implied- advisor at A&M. I got an e-mail last week telling me congratulations on finishing my internship, now write and turn in a report, as well as have my boss email her confirming my completion of the internship...or buy another credit from the school for the second half of the summer to continue working. I wasn't told I needed two credits to last the entire summer (only one) and I didn't want to drop another $500 on a worthless credit if I didn't need too, so because my boss is so cool, he sent my advisor the e-mail saying I was finished and had done a great job, while still letting me stay on for the rest of the summer. Nice. While George (the boss) and I were talking, I brought up him letting me get into an editing bay sometime soon and he told me he was working on it, so please keep your fingers crossed. I don't know Final Cut (editing software) very well, but I just need the opportunity to show them something before I leave. If they still used Avid (more expensive editing software...that I learned on), I'd blow their minds, haha.

Last weekend we hit up the beach as usual, but on Sunday Joe, Ash, Kim, and myself drove down to Laguna beach. Wow. That place is hands down the most gorgeous beach I have ever been too. It makes Santa Monica look like Galveston...you Texas people know what I'm talking about. We got to Laguna early afternoon, had lunch at Papa's Tacos -good stuff-, and managed to find this secluded little cove. Seriously gorgeous, I can't say it enough. Obviously one of my 3-5 houses will be built somewhere here. It was very quaint and private with not too many people. I was amped to go bodyboarding again...did I mention I bought a body board? Best $50 I've spent all summer, now I just gotta get into actual surfing...but the currents in this cove were ridiculously strong. I figured it'd be a bad idea to jump on a floating object in them, so instead I decided to just swim. SO MUCH FUN! I cannot express how incredible this water was, even if it did feel like 50 degrees. We all laid out and played in the water, me more so than everyone else, but that's only because I'm like a 12 year old, heh.

For Independence Day weekend -I told everyone I know to blow stuff up because I couldn't- I started it off visiting Ashley at Katsuya and having her be my bartender/server. I've definitely gotten a taste for sushi -unfortunately this place is a little too nice for a kid on a budget...no matter I got my first acting check this week- and it's totally her fault. The next couple of days, I had a lot of hanging with Jace time. We didn't do much of anything except chill, which was cool with me. Yesterday we hit up Santa Monica early, braving the cold nasty fog, and stayed on the beach for awhile before gorging ourselves at In 'N Out burger. For the 4 or so hours we were there, we saw a ton of stuff... For starters, we were boarding and started talking with this kid. He was probably 15, at best, and was surfing. Him and I both caught this wave and both wiped out. I didn't think anything about it and waded my way back to Jace to give him the board, turned around and saw this kid laying on the beach with two lifeguards standing over him. To make a long and fairly uneventful story short, about 8 lifeguards and 3 of their beach 'trucks' showed up and started working on this kid. I'm not completely sure what happened to him, but his leg had a hug gash in it and he was fading in and out of consciousness. In my not-so-expert opinion I think he cut it on his surfboards fins. They got him bandaged up and sent to the hospital, just fine...relatively speaking. Not 20 minutes after this, Jace and I are back on the sand trying to warm up in the sun when a helicopter flys by. Helicopters flying up and down the beach are nothing out of the ordinary, except this one decided to stop and just hover over the water. I finally look up to see what's going on and notice there's a lifeguard boat following this thing. There's writing on the side of the chopper, so squinting I see what looks like 'G.I. Joe.' At this point I hit Jace, tell him to wake up, and start trying to figure out what's going on here. Suddenly a ladder drops from the helicopter and this guy climbs half way down it and starts saluting everyone on the beach. As he's doing this the helicopter starts to fly up and down the beach with this guy just saluting. Then, I guess because of the water getting stirred up from the blades, a couple of dolphins pop up and start jumping around and following the helicopter! I know they weren't planned in this 'brilliant' advertising scheme, but it still looked cool, haha. We tried taking pictures with our phones, but nothing came out too well, so sorry for that one, you'll just have to take my word on it. I wrapped up the 4th at Joe's apartment with him, his roommate Sam, and their friend Tiffany just chilling and watching fireworks from his roof. Nothing crazy, but still nice. Today was another beach day, down in Manhattan, and the only thing that came from it was me really wanting to learn to surf, because the waves today were HUGE.

That's all for now I guess. Time to hit the sack, probably pass out watching some hulu videos or something. Oh! I saw Transformers this week and gotta say I loved it! The first was definitely better, but this was one was pretty sweet still, and BumbleBee is a bamf in this one. Also, Megan Fox is still hot in case any of you were wondering.

Come on America, really?!?

So the first part of this isn't so much of a post as it is a question. Not really a question, more of an observation, but whatever. So Michael Jackson dies, sad day (sarcasm intended), but why does that mean that everyone and their brother has to start mourning? What has this guy done? Seriously? I realize he was -heavy emphasis on the was- the king of pop, and yes Jace he did bring us 'Thriller", but for the last, I don't know, let's say 21+ years he's been, nicely put, a few tacos short of a combo meal. Anyways, all this comes from me going to work on Friday and seeing the mass of people surrounding his star on Hollywood Blvd. and making a memorial out of it. Ridiculous. I'm pretty sure most of these people weren't even alive when he was black. They were there all day, I'm sure the night and the rest of the weekend! In the words of my father, better them than me.

Last night I got to experience my first rave thanks to Mallory. She works with a record label who's signed this guy named Paul Oakenfold. He's an electronica artist who happens to be pretty awesome. She called and asked if I wanted to go to this thing -that I later found out is the largest Electronic Music Festival in the nation- that he was playing at. I was all over it. She got me a free ticket and we went and danced our pants off. I've never experienced anything, anything, like it before. Simply put, it was amazing. I had so much fun and the music was incredible. The bass was enormous, the lights were mystifying and the people were nuts. I've been in my fair share of mosh pits, but this was ridiculous. People weren't exactly moshing as much as they were just jumping and dancing, but it was still just so insane. I loved every minute of it -until I woke up this morning and couldn't move my arms- and wouldn't mind doing it every weekend. I've definitely become a fan of the Electronica genre and raving. Yeah yeah, I know what you're thinking (family etc.) and yes I made smart decisions, so don't worry about it. Here's some pictures and a video from it, none of which do it justice. I'll never be able to forget this. Hopefully it's just the first of many!

This guy looked like he was having fun...definatley the G rated picture, hahaha.

That Just Happened

It's totally Wednesday. I'm slacking, I know. Whatever, you're still reading this, haha. I'm pretty sure I could make an entire website with the things that I've done in the past 5 days, but I'm gonna try to keep this condensed. No promises though. Let's get in the way way back machine and go to last Friday...

A couple of Ashley's best friends flew in to spend a weekend in LA...and to see Ash. The day started off just chilling at the pool with them, nothing too crazy. They all went out clubbing that night, but I took a more chill approach. My friend, Mallory (who I had worked with at Fossil back in College Station...now living in LA), had invited me to a house party in Venice that was benefiting this organization called Falling Whistles. -It's a really cool premise, so you should check out that link...or if you're too lazy to click that one, here's another ----> Falling Whistles.- I got to the party about 30 min before Mal did, so this was really the first social situation that I'd been placed in, while in LA, that I didn't know anyone. I was a little worried at first, but my blossoming personality had me talking with people in no time. Even found a few Texans in the group. Anyways, the party was very cool; live music, huge garage-turned-dance-club in the back, good drinks, and cool people. Mal, Me, and a couple of her friends eventually left and went to this diner called Swingers. The place reminded me a lot of Juniors in New York, minus the wall of cheesecakes. Needless to say, I really liked it and found out there's a few of these things around LA. =)

That next morning I woke up to a not-so-gorgeous, cold, kinda rainy morning. So I hooked back up with Kim, one of Kim's friends, Joe, Ashely, her friends, and headed to Redondo beach! Luckily the clouds eventually left and it turned into a gorgeous day. The Redondo/Manhattan beach area is by far my favorite out of all of the ones I've seen (that are close to LA) yet. It was a beach town, not a tourist trap, and I loved it! We hit up a local grill before heading to the beach, then laid out for awhile. I eventually got bored and swam in Pacific again, laid out some more, then we headed back to get ready for that night's festivities.

After cleaning up and getting sand out of places I didn't even know I had, we hit up the Apple again. This time I managed to not lose everyone! It was an awesome night. The place was crazy packed, but once again (thanks to Joe...and the 6 gorgeous girls I was rolling with) we had no problem getting in. The only downside to the whole night was that I once again proved to people that I can't dance, but who cares, I looked good trying.

Sunday was very relaxed. I actually went up to work to go jump on a graphics computer and started teaching myself Cinema 4D. It's a 3D animation software that I've been told would be beneficial for me to learn if I have any real interest in doing graphics, So I figure if I've got access to it fo free, I'm gonna use it. Turned out to be a good thing I went into the office because I ran into one of the Producers who I'd seen around, but never gotten to really talk to. We talked for awhile about him, then about me, then I went back to teaching myself. I just feel like it was a good thing for him to see the intern at work on a Sunday, you know?...and for him to now know my name is nice too, haha. That night I met back up with Joe, Ash, and company for dinner at this nice Italian place called Fabiolus. The food was excellent and the prices weren't that bad honestly. I'll be back, fo sho. We rounded everything out with a movie, Rendition (which was awesome btw), and then crashed.

Now the fun part begins. Like I said in my last post, I'm going to be in Iron Man 2 as an extra. Pretty sweet, I know, heh. Well Monday was the day that the magic was set to happen. My call wasn't until 4pm, so I decided to go into work for like half a day. Didn't do much, but I figure showing my face is never a bad thing. At this point I can't really say much else, for fear of being caught and sued. Slim chance, I know, but I don't have that kinda cash laying around for just in case. The entire process of shooting and directing these scenes fascinated me. I guess more so the equipment and the magnitude of everything really. It was incredibly fun and I got to meet some cool people. I was one of the youngest people on the set, which made things interesting at times. -I think it's funny how in College Station I'm considered old balls, but in LA I'm a baby.- I got to see Robert Downey Jr., Scarlett Johansson, and Jon Favreau all night which was so awesome. We finished up shooting around 6am and I got to bed around 7am...yes, that was 14 hours! Today, after taking a short nap until around noon, I went with Ash to drop Kaitlin, one of her visitors, off at the airport. We had lunch and then I went to set again to shoot some more scenes. I'm now realizing that by today I meant yesterday. These two days have kind of meshed together because, once again we were on set until just before 6am. I came home, took a really quick nap and then got up for work and was there all day. -You know something is wrong with you when you can drink 6 cups of coffee and 2 cokes during a day and not feel jittery, just normal- Last night was really awesome though because I got to (this will sound awkward, so don't take it as such. yes you.) pat Robert Downey Jr. on the back. Man I'm cool.

It was a heck of an experience and I can't wait to do it again, but I hope that it'll be a daytime shoot nextime. One all nighter isn't so bad. Two all nighters, that's getting kinda rough. Two all nighters and then working for another 9 hours at a 'normal' job is ridiculous, haha. The way I was placed in all of the scenes we shot, I'm holding out that I'm gonna get at least a split second of face time on the screen, but we'll know in about a year. I was actually called back for tomorrow and Friday, but unfortunately I had to decline since I do have a 'normal' job as well.

So I'm thinking that wasn't so short, but I tried. I wish I could put more about what exactly happened at the shoot, but I really do think it's best to side on the air of caution. Ask me in person, that'll be a different story. Well I'm going to go hit the shower and then crash. But keep checking in, I'll keep typing!

Thank you for reading and keeping up with this, all of you.

p.s. If you've noticed a certain lack of pictures, it's because I decided to sit on my camera the other day...the screen's a little um 'colorful' now, so I haven't been toting it around as much. I'm just going to start mooching off of people, no big.
